Massimo Dòmini has worked for 15 years in management consultancy for important organisations such as Valdani Vicari & Associates, Butera & Partners and NPV Spa, initially responsible for project management and subsequently business development.
During the course of his international career he has been involved in a range of business development projects, M&A, incorporations and partnerships, organisational and commercial restructuring transactions, business planning, strategic marketing and brand extension projects. He is an advisor to certain important industrial and financial investors seeking development opportunities in Italy in the renewable energy sector, and also for a number of private and public institutions.
He has a Business Economics degree from the University of Bologna and an MBA from Bocconi University in Milan.
